This includes a history, exam, feedback and treatment on the day if indicated. There may be times when I opt send you for x-rays or further tests first.

Short Appointment $50

During this session treatment focusses only on the spine and is a shorter session – available on care plan only (approx 10min).

Standard Appointment $70

A comprehensive session will be performed and includes soft tissue work and multiple areas incuding TMJ and the rest of the extremities. Various treatment techniques are used. (approx 20min)

Extended Appointment $120

An extended comprehensive session will be performed and includes soft tissue work and multiple areas incuding TMJ and the rest of the extremities. Various treatment techniques are used. Additional rehab interventions and exercises may also done during this session. (approx 40min)

Over the years there has been a lot research done in Chiropractic.

A type of treatment that used is a quick, controlled movements to improve joint function called a High Velocity Low Amplitude thrust. This involves a fast, small push on a specific joint, sometimes causing a popping sound. It takes a lot of skill to perform accurately and safely.

Here’s what the research shows the HVLA thrust does to your body:

Improves movement in the joint by influencing the muscles around it.
Affects how your brain interprets signals from your muscles and joints, potentially improving coordination and pain perception.
May influence the nervous system that controls things like heart rate and digestion, potentially reducing stress.
May improve migraine symptoms.
When done at the incorrect level has only temporary effect (less than 20min).
